Each leaflet includes your company name, so customers know who referred them. - Your customer orders online
They visit our website, upload their pet photo, and enter your company name at checkout. - We do the rest!
We process the order, produce the magnets, ship them to the customer, and handle any queries. - You earn commission - paid monthly
Commission is earned on all My Pet photo magnet sales that reference you as the agent.

Commission & Reporting
- Commission is calculated quarterly
- Only My Pet photo magnet orders qualify for commission
- Agent name must
- Orders are tracked using our reporting system
- You’ll receive a monthly earnings statement
- You invoice us for the commission owed, and we pay you directly
Important: It’s the agent’s responsibility to remind customers to enter your company name when ordering so the sale can be correctly attributed.

Terms & Conditions (Agent Agreement Summary)
1. Agent Account Upon approval, an agent account will be created for you within our system for reporting purposes.
2. Commission Eligibility Commission applies only to sales of My Pet photo magnets. Other products are excluded unless agreed otherwise.
3. Customer Attribution Commission is only payable on orders where the customer correctly enters the agent’s registered company name during checkout. We cannot retrospectively add missing references.
4. Reporting & Statements Sales are tracked via Shopwired reports. A commission statement will be issued quarterly and is considered final unless queried within 14 days.
5. Invoicing & Payment Agents must submit a valid invoice for the commission amount shown on the quarterly statement. Payment will be made following receipt of the invoice, within 30 days payment terms.
6. Marketing Materials Starter packs and PDFs are provided for promotional use only. Materials must not be altered without approval.
7. No Employment Relationship Agents act as independent businesses. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship beyond commission referral.
8. Termination Either party may terminate participation at any time. Commission remains payable on valid referred sales made prior to termination.
